Apple tends to release a new version of iOS with brand-new hardware. Typically, that means a new iPhone. Given that we’re expecting the iPhone 6S later this year, we can expect to see iOS 9 at the same time, which is to say September. At least, that’s when the operating system will be finished. Apple likes to unveil the new features of its mobile operating system at its WWDC conference, before releasing a beta version of it. This year, WWDC starts on the 8th June 2015, so we should get our first look at iOS 9 then, with the beta following shortly afterwards.
